MA'LEM DUBAI (WATER)

This service enables the enrolled / registered Developers and Consultants to apply for Water Supply requirements by submitting the project's Water Network Details Master Plan for DEWA review. One window to serve the New Projects Developers and their Consultants to communicate the projects water infrastructure/ Demand requirements to DEWA, in order to ensure timely availability and a reliability of Developments Project Water infrastructure integrated with DEWA System.

DEWA response on the submitted Water Supply Master Plan of Project
Projects depends on the type of submission.

DEWA response on the submitted Water requirements for the Development Projects Master Plan depends on the Water use type, method of calculations and suggested connection points locations to DEWA existing transmission system.

Online Submission:

Fill-in the online application form with required information. Attach required documents and submit the application. On successful submission, a reference number will be provided which can be used for tracking the status of the application.

Mandatory Documents:

Depending on the project Landuse type and the requirements type; the Master Plan submission should comply with DEWA requirements and Guidelines for new Development Projects; which is available on DEWA official website.

Application Status Tracking and Notifications:

You will receive SMS and e-mail notifications regarding the progress of the application (submitted, Under Review and DEWA Response Issued). In addition to notifications, the status of the application can also be tracked online through the tracking page of the e-service.

Service Approval:

Once the Water supply Master Plan submission is reviewed by all the concerned DEWA Departments, DEWA response / feedback can be downloaded from the tracking page of the e-service
